Cooked Cranberry Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups boiling water
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 3 cups cranberries, chopped
Method
- 1 Mix cornstarch, salt, and sugar in a saucepan.
- 2 Stir in boiling water and cook until boiling.
- 3 Add molasses, butter, and chopped cranberries.
- 4 Simmer for 15 minutes.
