Condensed Milk Vanilla Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups shredded coconut
- 2/3 cup condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 egg whites
Method
- 1 Mix shredded coconut, condensed milk, and vanilla thoroughly in a bowl.
- 2 Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the coconut mixture.
- 3 Shape the mixture into small cakes using a knife and spoon, using about 1 rounded tablespoon per cake.
- 4 Place cakes 1 inch apart on greased baking sheets.
- 5 Bake in a 350°F oven for 20 minutes.
