Cold Fish Sauce With Onions Peppers And Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 2 grated onions
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tomatoes, chopped very fine
- 6 tablespoons salad oil
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
Method
- 1 Place grated onions, green pepper, and chopped tomatoes in a saucepan.
- 2 Cook slowly until soft, then cool.
- 3 Mix in salad oil, vinegar, mustard, pepper, salt, and sugar.
- 4 Serve cold over fish.
