Cold Beef Salad With Lemon Mustard Dressing
Ingredients
- cold cooked beef, sliced thin
- 1 onion or shallot, sliced
- juice of 1-2 lemons
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp fine bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp mustard
Method
- 1 Slice the cold beef and onion or shallot as thinly as possible.
- 2 Squeeze lemon juice over the beef and onion, then beat them between two plates until well combined and sharp.
- 3 Transfer the beef to a serving dish, removing the onion slices.
- 4 Strew parsley and bread crumbs over the beef, then pour on a mixture of oil and mustard.
- 5 Garnish with sliced lemon and serve.
