Coffee Brandy Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 1 quart black coffee
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ¾ cup sugar
• ½ cup brandy or rum
• ½ pint heavy cream, whipped

Method

1. 1 Mix together the black coffee, 1 cup cream, and sugar in a bowl.
2. 2 Freeze the mixture until solid.
3. 3 Thaw slightly, then mix in the brandy or rum.
4. 4 Fold in the whipped cream and let stand for 30 minutes.
5. 5 Stir well before serving.
