Coffee And Ladyfinger Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup very strong coffee
- 1/2 package gelatin
- 2 cups heavy cream
- Ladyfingers
Method
- 1 Thicken 1 cup milk with 4 beaten egg yolks and 1 cup sugar.
- 2 Stir in 1 cup strong coffee and 1/2 package dissolved gelatin.
- 3 When cool but not set, fold in 2 cups whipped cream.
- 4 Line a mold with ladyfingers, pour in mixture, chill, and serve.
