Codling Apple Apricot Jam

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs apricot pulp
  • 1 pint codling apple juice
  • 1.5 lbs granulated sugar

Method

  1. 1 Combine apricot pulp and codling apple juice in a large pot.
  2. 2 Boil rapidly until the liquid reduces significantly.
  3. 3 Stir in the sugar and continue boiling rapidly until the mixture jells.
  4. 4 Pour into jars or pots to set.
