Codling Apple Apricot Jam
Ingredients
- 2 lbs apricot pulp
- 1 pint codling apple juice
- 1.5 lbs granulated sugar
Method
- 1 Combine apricot pulp and codling apple juice in a large pot.
- 2 Boil rapidly until the liquid reduces significantly.
- 3 Stir in the sugar and continue boiling rapidly until the mixture jells.
- 4 Pour into jars or pots to set.
