Coddled Eggs With Paprika
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons butter
- paprika for dusting
Method
- 1 Place 1 teaspoon of butter in each of two egg glasses or custard cups.
- 2 Break one egg into each cup, then add another teaspoon of butter to each.
- 3 Place the cups in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil.
- 4 Cook for three minutes, then lift cups onto saucers.
- 5 Dust the eggs lightly with paprika and serve immediately.
