Coconut Milk Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 box desiccated coconut
- 1 small lump butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- 1 Combine sugar, milk, and butter in a saucepan. Cook over heat for 15 minutes.
- 2 Remove from heat and beat vigorously with a spoon until partly creamed.
- 3 Stir in the desiccated coconut and vanilla until well combined.
- 4 Pour into a buttered pan and let set before cutting into squares.
