Coconut Lemon Drop Cookies

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ teaspoon lemon juice or extract
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1½ cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups fresh grated coconut

Method
