Coconut Custard Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup coconut
- 2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Method
- 1 Mix ingredients together in a saucepan.
- 2 Bring to a boil over direct heat.
- 3 Cook over hot water for 20 minutes.
- 4 Serve with leftover stale cake or baked or steamed puddings.
