Coconut Custard Pie
Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1/2 cup dried coconut
- 3 large eggs
- 3 oz granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup milk
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a deep pie plate with pie crust and build a rim.
- 2 Spread 1/2 cup dried coconut evenly into the bottom of the crust.
- 3 Beat 3 eggs and 3 oz sugar until combined. Stir in vanilla, salt, and 1 cup milk.
- 4 Pour custard over coconut. Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until set.
