  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • ice

Method

  1. 1 Peel bananas, chop into small pieces, and place in the freezer until hard.
