Cocoa Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 ripe frozen banana
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- ice
Method
- 1 Peel bananas, chop into small pieces, and place in the freezer until hard.
- 2 Gather all ingredients and add them to a blender.
- 3 Blend on high until smooth.
- 4 Pour into 2 glasses and serve right away.
