  • 4 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons boiling water
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Finely chopped nuts

Method

  1. 1 Mix sugar and boiling water until smooth.
  2. 2 Add cocoa and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  3. 3 Dust hands with sugar, take up ½ teaspoon of mixture, and roll into balls.
  4. 4 Roll balls in finely chopped nuts.
  5. 5 Allow to dry for about 2 hours.
