Cocoa Cinnamon Coffee Frosting
Ingredients
- 2 ounces butter
- 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
- ¾ cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons boiling coffee
Method
- 1 Place 2 ounces of butter in a bowl and beat until creamy.
- 2 Add 2 ½ cups powdered sugar, ¾ cup cocoa, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- 3 Pour in 4 tablespoons of boiling coffee and beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 4 Spread the frosting onto your cake while still warm or at room temperature.
