  • 2 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons boiling coffee

Method

  1. 1 Place 2 ounces of butter in a bowl and beat until creamy.
  2. 2 Add 2 ½ cups powdered sugar, ¾ cup cocoa, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  3. 3 Pour in 4 tablespoons of boiling coffee and beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
