  • 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon dry cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons heavy cream

Method

  1. 1 Beat butter until light and creamy.
  2. 2 Gradually add sugar and vanilla, beating until light.
  3. 3 Reserve 2 tablespoons of the mixture for decoration.
  4. 4 Divide the remaining cream into two portions.
  5. 5 Add cocoa to one portion.
  6. 6 Whip cream and fold two-thirds into the white cream, then fold the rest into the cocoa cream.
  7. 7 Use as cake filling.
