Classic Peach Pie
Ingredients
- clingstone peaches, peeled
- pie crust (for bottom and top)
- sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- flour
Method
- 1 Line a deep pie plate with pie crust.
- 2 Place peeled peaches in the crust and sprinkle generously with sugar.
- 3 Add 1 tablespoon of water and sprinkle a little flour over the peaches.
- 4 Cover with a thick crust, cut a slit in the center, and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
