  • clingstone peaches, peeled
  • pie crust (for bottom and top)
  • sugar
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • flour

Method

  1. 1 Line a deep pie plate with pie crust.
  2. 2 Place peeled peaches in the crust and sprinkle generously with sugar.
  3. 3 Add 1 tablespoon of water and sprinkle a little flour over the peaches.
  4. 4 Cover with a thick crust, cut a slit in the center, and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
