Classic Milk Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soft butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Method
- 1 Rub butter and sugar together until creamy.
- 2 Add beaten eggs, salt, milk, and flour mixed with baking powder. Beat thoroughly.
- 3 Pour into buttered muffin tins and bake in a moderate oven (350°F).
