Classic Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Method
- 1 Mash the garbanzo beans until smooth. Alternatively, blend the beans and lemon juice in a blender.
- 2 Add the garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and olive oil. Mix well until combined.
