Classic Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method

  1. 1 Mash the garbanzo beans until smooth. Alternatively, blend the beans and lemon juice in a blender.
  2. 2 Add the garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and olive oil. Mix well until combined.
