Classic Butter Omelet
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3 tbsp warm milk
- 1 tbsp butter
Method
- 1 Beat egg yolks until creamy, then stir in warm milk.
- 2 Whip egg whites to stiff peaks, then gently fold in the yolk mixture.
- 3 Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour in eggs and stir gently until set.
- 4 Let the omelet brown slightly, fold it in half, and slide onto a hot plate.
