  • cold boiled potatoes, cut into small cubes
  • pie crust
  • salt and pepper
  • butter, cut into bits
  • flour
  • clam liquor
  • water

Method

  1. 1 Place clams in a saucepan with their own liquor and bring to a boil.
  2. 2 Line a pudding dish with pie crust, placing a tea cup in the center to support the top crust.
  3. 3 Layer clams, cubed potatoes, salt, pepper, and butter bits in the dish.
