Citron Custard Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 oz granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 oz citron, thinly sliced
- grated nutmeg
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease four tea cups or ramekins.
- 2 Whisk together cream, sugar, flour, egg yolks, and nutmeg until smooth.
- 3 Divide the sliced citron among the cups, then pour the batter over.
- 4 Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and golden. Invert onto plates to serve.
