  • 2 oz granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 oz citron, thinly sliced
  • grated nutmeg

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease four tea cups or ramekins.
  2. 2 Whisk together cream, sugar, flour, egg yolks, and nutmeg until smooth.
  3. 3 Divide the sliced citron among the cups, then pour the batter over.
  4. 4 Bake for 20-25 minutes until set and golden. Invert onto plates to serve.
