  • 4 heaping tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • Flour (as needed to roll)
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • Granulated sugar for sprinkling
  • Ground cinnamon for sprinkling

Method

  1. 1 Beat the cream, sugar, eggs, and cinnamon together until well combined.
