Cinnamon Sugar Jam Pancakes
Ingredients
- 4 oz ground rice
- 4 eggs
- 1 pint milk
- Jam
- Sifted sugar
- Powdered cinnamon
- Butter or oil for frying
Method
- 1 Make a batter by mixing the milk, eggs, and ground rice.
- 2 Fry thin pancakes in butter or oil until golden brown on one side.
- 3 Flip the pancakes and fry until brown on the other side.
- 4 Place a dessertspoonful (2 tsp) of jam on each pancake.
- 5 Fold up the pancakes, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and serve hot.
