  • 1 quart sliced sour apples
  • bread crumbs
  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • a pinch of salt
  • 2 whole eggs
  • sugar and cream for serving

Method

  1. 1 Steam sliced sour apples until soft.
