Cinnamon Quince Cream

Ingredients

  • 4 quinces (or wardens/pears)
  • Water
  • Fine sugar
  • 1 cup sweet cream
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Method

  1. 1 Boil water, add quinces, and cook until tender. Peel and strain the fruit.
  2. 2 Mingle the strained quince pulp with fine sugar to taste.
  3. 3 Simmer the cream with a cinnamon stick, then cool completely.
  4. 4 Mix the cooled cream with the sugared quince until thickened.
