Cinnamon Quince Cream
Ingredients
- 4 quinces (or wardens/pears)
- Water
- Fine sugar
- 1 cup sweet cream
- 1 cinnamon stick
Method
- 1 Boil water, add quinces, and cook until tender. Peel and strain the fruit.
- 2 Mingle the strained quince pulp with fine sugar to taste.
- 3 Simmer the cream with a cinnamon stick, then cool completely.
- 4 Mix the cooled cream with the sugared quince until thickened.
