Cinnamon Crumb Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 3 cups flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 eggs
• 2/3 cup sweet milk
• 2 tbsp flour
• 4 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp cinnamon or chocolate
• 1 tbsp butter

Method

1. 1 Mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder. Rub in 2 tbsp butter.
2. 2 Beat eggs and mix with milk. Add to dry ingredients to form a stiff batter, adding more milk if needed.
3. 3 Spread batter into a pan.
4. 4 Mix 2 tbsp flour, 4 tbsp sugar, and cinnamon or chocolate. Rub in 1 tbsp butter until crumbly.
5. 5 Spread crumb mixture over the dough and bake for 30 minutes.
