Cinnamon Coconut Pecan Granola
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
- 1 cup shredded or flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, walnuts, or peanuts
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons liquid margarine
- 2/3 cup cinnamon
- raisins
Method
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine oatmeal, coconut, nuts, honey, margarine, and cinnamon in a large bowl, excluding raisins.
- 2 Spread mixture in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden brown.
- 3 Remove from oven and stir in raisins. Cool thoroughly before storing in a tightly covered container.
