Cinnamon Coconut Pecan Granola

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
  • 1 cup shredded or flaked coconut
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, walnuts, or peanuts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons liquid margarine
  • 2/3 cup cinnamon
  • raisins

Method

  1. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine oatmeal, coconut, nuts, honey, margarine, and cinnamon in a large bowl, excluding raisins.
  2. 2 Spread mixture in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until golden brown.
  3. 3 Remove from oven and stir in raisins. Cool thoroughly before storing in a tightly covered container.
