Cinnamon Apple Raisin Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons raisins or currants
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups water
Method
- 1 Peel and core the apple, then chop it into small pieces.
- 2 Bring water to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 3 Stir in oats, raisins, chopped apple, and cinnamon.
- 4 Reduce heat to low and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.
