Chunky Garbanzo Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can garbanzo beans (15 ounces)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onion
  • lemon pepper (to taste)
  • salt (to taste)

Method

  1. 1 Drain and rinse the beans. Mash in a small bowl with a fork or potato masher until most beans are crushed.
  2. 2 Stir in oil, onion, lemon pepper, and salt to taste. The mixture should remain chunky, not smooth.
