Choux Pastry Dough
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup flour
- 3 large or 4 small eggs
Method
- 1 Combine butter and boiling water in a saucepan over heat.
- 2 Bring to a boil, then beat in flour until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- 3 Transfer to a bowl and beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
