Choux Pastry Dough

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 3 large or 4 small eggs

Method

  1. 1 Combine butter and boiling water in a saucepan over heat.
  2. 2 Bring to a boil, then beat in flour until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
  3. 3 Transfer to a bowl and beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.
