Chopped Olive And Red Pepper Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 1 large bottle queen olives, pitted
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 red peppers, chopped
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- Bread slices, prepared
Method
- 1 Remove stones from the olives and chop the onion and red peppers.
- 2 Process the olives, onion, and red peppers through a food chopper.
- 3 Stir in mayonnaise, salt, and paprika until well combined.
- 4 Spread the mixture onto prepared bread slices and serve.
