Chopped Nut And Fruit Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1/4 pound coconut
- 1/2 pound seedless raisins
- 1/2 pound dates
- 1/2 pound figs
- 1 pound shelled nuts
- 2 tablespoons syrup
Method
- 1 Chop the coconut, raisins, dates, figs, and nuts together using a food chopper.
- 2 Add the syrup to the mixture and combine thoroughly.
- 3 Form the mixture into balls and oblong shapes.
