Chocolate Tofu Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 box (3.9 ounce) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 1/4 cups cold soy milk
- 1 package (14 ounce) silken tofu
Method
- 1 Blend the chocolate pudding mix and cold soy milk on medium speed for about 15 seconds until very smooth.
- 2 Add the silken tofu and blend again. Scrape down the sides and blend until well mixed and very smooth.
- 3 Pour the mixture into 4 small serving dishes.
- 4 Place in the fridge and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
