Chocolate Tapioca Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons minute tapioca
- Milk to cover
- 3 egg yolks, well-beaten
- Sugar to taste
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cake grated sweet chocolate
- Whipped cream for serving
Method
- 1 Cook tapioca in milk using a double-boiler until covered.
- 2 Stir in beaten egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla; cook until thick.
- 3 Add grated chocolate and stir until smooth.
- 4 Mold the pudding, chill, and serve with whipped cream.
