Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup boiling water
- 2 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 4 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Method
- 1 Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- 2 Mix flour and cocoa together, then stir into the melted butter.
- 3 Gradually add boiling water, stirring and beating constantly until the mixture thickens.
- 4 Remove from heat and stir in sugar, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
