Chocolate Peanut Butter Graham Cracker Bars
Ingredients
- 2 packages sugar-free chocolate pudding (1.3 oz each)
- 3 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 13 1/2 graham cracker rectangles
Method
- 1 Mix pudding with 3 1/2 cups milk according to package directions. Beat in peanut butter.
- 2 Line a 9x13 inch pan with half the graham crackers, cutting squares as needed.
- 3 Spread pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
- 4 Top with remaining graham crackers.
- 5 Freeze for four hours.
- 6 Cut into squares and serve.
