Chocolate Peanut Butter Graham Cracker Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 packages sugar-free chocolate pudding (1.3 oz each)
  • 3 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 13 1/2 graham cracker rectangles

Method

  1. 1 Mix pudding with 3 1/2 cups milk according to package directions. Beat in peanut butter.
  2. 2 Line a 9x13 inch pan with half the graham crackers, cutting squares as needed.
  3. 3 Spread pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  4. 4 Top with remaining graham crackers.
  5. 5 Freeze for four hours.
  6. 6 Cut into squares and serve.
