Chocolate Mousse Frosting
Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- Confectioners' sugar, as needed
- ½ cake sweet chocolate
- 1 tsp water
Method
- 1 Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form.
- 2 Add cream and enough confectioners' sugar to create a thick, spreadable frosting.
- 3 Melt chocolate with water in a double boiler.
- 4 Pour the melted chocolate over the frosting on the cake.
