Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • Confectioners' sugar, as needed
  • ½ cake sweet chocolate
  • 1 tsp water

Method

  1. 1 Beat the egg white until stiff peaks form.
  2. 2 Add cream and enough confectioners' sugar to create a thick, spreadable frosting.
  3. 3 Melt chocolate with water in a double boiler.
  4. 4 Pour the melted chocolate over the frosting on the cake.
