Chocolate Ice Cream With Whipped Cream Topping
Ingredients
- chocolate, grated
- water
- sugar
- milk
- vanilla
- whipped cream
Method
- 1 Grate chocolate and place in a double boiler with water and sugar.
- 2 Boil the water in the surrounding boiler for 15 minutes, beating well.
- 3 Add milk and stir until thoroughly mixed and very hot.
- 4 Remove from heat, add vanilla, and let the mixture cool.
- 5 Freeze the mixture, turning slowly throughout the process.
- 6 Serve in chocolate cups topped with whipped cream.
