Chocolate Ice Cream With Whipped Cream Topping

Ingredients

• chocolate, grated
• water
• sugar
• milk
• vanilla
• whipped cream

Method

1. 1 Grate chocolate and place in a double boiler with water and sugar.
2. 2 Boil the water in the surrounding boiler for 15 minutes, beating well.
3. 3 Add milk and stir until thoroughly mixed and very hot.
4. 4 Remove from heat, add vanilla, and let the mixture cool.
5. 5 Freeze the mixture, turning slowly throughout the process.
6. 6 Serve in chocolate cups topped with whipped cream.
