Chocolate Fudge Icing

Ingredients

• 1 lb powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp cornstarch
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• boiling water
• 1 tbsp melted butter

Method

1. 1 Place powdered sugar, cornstarch, and cocoa in a bowl.
2. 2 Add enough boiling water to make a spreadable mixture.
3. 3 Beat until smooth, then stir in melted butter.
