Chocolate Fudge Balls

Ingredients

• 1 cup water
• 3 cups white sugar
• Baker's unsweetened chocolate

Method

1. 1 Boil water and sugar until thick when dropped in cold water.
2. 2 Melt chocolate in a bowl set in a pan of water on the stove.
3. 3 Pour hot sugar syrup onto a marble slab and stir until thick.
4. 4 Knead the sugar mixture until stiff enough to form into balls.
5. 5 Let balls cool on a plate, then dip in melted chocolate.
6. 6 Remove with a fork and place on buttered paper to set.
