Chocolate Dipped Stuffed Dates
Ingredients
- choice dates
- preserved ginger
- pineapple
- chopped nuts
- white fondant
- chocolate fondant
- chocolate for dipping
Method
- 1 Cut the dates open on one side and remove the seeds.
- 2 Fill the open space with preserved ginger, pineapple, chopped nuts, or a mixture of nuts and white or chocolate fondant.
- 3 Press the dates into a compact form to secure the filling.
- 4 Dip each date one by one into melted chocolate.
