Chocolate Cream
Ingredients
- 4 oz chocolate, broken into pieces
- 2 oz boiling water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 eggs, well-beaten
Method
- 1 Break chocolate into pieces and add to boiling water. Mill or whisk until chocolate is completely dissolved.
- 2 Stir in cream and beaten eggs. Bring to a boil while continuously whisking or milling to prevent curdling.
- 3 Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Whisk vigorously again to create a frothy texture before serving.
