Chocolate Cream Puffs With Strawberry Filling

Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup water
• ½ cup butter
• 1 ounce melted chocolate
• 3 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon strawberry preserves
• whipped cream, sweetened and flavored

Method

1. 1 Stir flour into water and butter; boil together.
2. 2 Remove from heat and beat in melted chocolate.
3. 3 Beat in eggs one at a time.
4. 4 Shape with a forcing bag and rose tube.
5. 5 Bake, cut off tops, and fill each with strawberry preserves.
6. 6 Cover with sweetened and flavored whipped cream.
