Chocolate Covered Vanilla Fondant Balls
Ingredients
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- ¼ teaspoon butter
- Vanilla fondant (enough for small balls)
Method
- 1 Roll vanilla-flavored fondant into small balls.
- 2 Let the balls stand for a few hours to harden.
- 3 Melt the unsweetened chocolate in a saucepan.
- 4 Stir in the milk, sugar, and butter until smooth.
- 5 Drop the hardened fondant balls into the chocolate mixture.
- 6 Remove the coated balls with a fork or candy wire.
