Ingredients

  • 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon butter
  • Vanilla fondant (enough for small balls)

Method

  1. 1 Roll vanilla-flavored fondant into small balls.
  2. 2 Let the balls stand for a few hours to harden.
  3. 3 Melt the unsweetened chocolate in a saucepan.
  4. 4 Stir in the milk, sugar, and butter until smooth.
  5. 5 Drop the hardened fondant balls into the chocolate mixture.
  6. 6 Remove the coated balls with a fork or candy wire.
