Chocolate Covered Bananas With Peanuts
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 8 large bananas, peeled and cut into quarters
- 1/4 cup large strawberries
- Chopped unsalted peanuts
Method
- 1 Place chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on high for 10 seconds and stir. Repeat until melted, about 30 seconds total.
- 2 Arrange fruit on a tray lined with waxed paper. Drizzle melted chocolate over the fruit using a spoon.
- 3 Sprinkle the chocolate-covered fruit with chopped peanuts.
- 4 Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until the chocolate hardens. Serve chilled.
