Chocolate Almond Souffle Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground sweet almonds
- 7 oz castor sugar
- 1 oz cocoa powder
- 8 eggs, separated
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Method
- 1 Whip the egg yolks in a bowl until well combined.
- 2 Add vanilla extract, sugar, ground almonds, and cocoa, beating continuously.
- 3 Gently fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
- 4 Pour into greased pie dishes, filling only partway.
- 5 Bake in a moderate oven (350°F) until set, similar to standard almond pudding.
