Chocolate Almond Meringue Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- Chocolate, grated (amount to color the sugar)
- 1 oz almonds, beaten
- Egg white froth
Method
- 1 Sift 1 lb of powdered sugar finely.
- 2 Grate chocolate until it colors the sugar, then add 1 oz of beaten almonds.
- 3 Mix ingredients well and bind with egg white froth.
- 4 Bake until set.
