Chocolate Almond Meringue Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 lb powdered sugar
• Chocolate, grated (amount to color the sugar)
• 1 oz almonds, beaten
• Egg white froth

Method

1. 1 Sift 1 lb of powdered sugar finely.
2. 2 Grate chocolate until it colors the sugar, then add 1 oz of beaten almonds.
3. 3 Mix ingredients well and bind with egg white froth.
4. 4 Bake until set.
