Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup canned pineapple
  • 2 oranges
  • 1 dozen maraschino cherries
  • lemon juice
  • powdered sugar

Method

  1. 1 Peel bananas and dice them.
  2. 2 Dice the pineapple.
  3. 3 Remove pulp from oranges, cutting each section into pieces.
  4. 4 Cut cherries in half and add to the fruit mixture.
  5. 5 Set the mixture on ice until thoroughly chilled.
  6. 6 Serve in cocktail glasses, adding 1 tablespoon maraschino juice and 1 teaspoon lemon juice per serving; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
