Chilled Tropical Fruit Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup canned pineapple
- 2 oranges
- 1 dozen maraschino cherries
- lemon juice
- powdered sugar
Method
- 1 Peel bananas and dice them.
- 2 Dice the pineapple.
- 3 Remove pulp from oranges, cutting each section into pieces.
- 4 Cut cherries in half and add to the fruit mixture.
- 5 Set the mixture on ice until thoroughly chilled.
- 6 Serve in cocktail glasses, adding 1 tablespoon maraschino juice and 1 teaspoon lemon juice per serving; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
