Chilled Strawberry Sago Soup
Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 cup sago
- 1/2 cup currant juice
- 2 cups strawberries
- sugar to taste
Method
- 1 Boil water, sago, and currant juice in a pot.
- 2 Cook until the sago becomes transparent.
- 3 Add strawberries and sugar to taste.
- 4 Simmer for 15 minutes, then serve cold.
